New chapter is finally out! Pardon my delay. This is going out because I goofed on the publishing.

I've finally managed to finish FS/F nearly three years after it originally was published, spent a few days trying to find the damn thing on here, don't know how I managed to get lucky with it.

Anyways, after I found it, I spent a lot of my time re-reading all the previous chapters for a few days. Last night I finally finished it. And I gotta say, I really loved the ending to it. How everything was wrapped up once and for all. I don't really feel the need for a sequel to tie up loose ends.

Me and Lord of Dorkness write a dark satire of 5score, where we rant about how the process of the curse has a butt-ton of horrible implications nobody seems to notice, and also annoyed at how nobody gives a shit (besides like, 2) about the 25 years they've spent as humans.

Plus, where the hell did all the scientists go? Is there no one interested in scienceing the shit out of magic?

There is a certain kind of story that I love. But I've yet to find any name for the trope, or genre, or whatever it is that connects the stories. This is a problem as it makes looking for more stories like this a real chore. It surprises me that the connection doesn't exist considering the litany of fairly specific tropes you can find on TVTropes.com.

I just realized that after I reach a specific scene/time frame I'm going to have to write up the other scenes that will need to connect up to the next person I'm going to jump to.... YAY for timelines and making them work first time around.
